So, as we all know by now, FaceTime isn't available on the new iPad using 4G; it's wifi only. I just received a tweet from VZW Support stating that Apple intends it to be wifi only. However, with the C-Block requirements that says
"The potential for excessive bandwidth demand alone shall
not constitute grounds for denying,
limiting or restricting access to the
network."
Can Apple or VZW be called on the carpet with the FCC to release FaceTime for 4G?
