I have a video call with someone next weekend via Facetime but I have a Google Pixel phone, not an iPhone.

What I do have is a MacBook Pro. What would be the best way for me do a video call with someone via Facetime on my MacBook Pro if I don't have an iPhone?

Thanks for any advice.

You can use your Apple ID to FaceTime with the other person. If the other person has an iPhone, you can FaceTime their phone number as well. Should work just fine.

The last time I tried to call a number in FaceTime, the video button remained grayed out and clicking it didn't do anything. It should turn green.
