Facetime on AT&T Prepaid? (Unlocked and Jailbroken)

My iPhone 4
Unlocked (used to have it on T-Mobile)
Jailbroken
4.1 Firmware
1.59.00 baseband.

My Plan

AT&T prepaid, NO data
Unlimited Texts

I have read that Some T-Mobile users have said that Facetime works (in the US) But have gotten some $11 charge on their bill or something.

Although Prepaid is AT&T will facetime only work with the official iPhone 4 AT&T micro-sim.

My sim card was cut down to fit into my iPhone...

Please someone who knows for sure let me know if this will work.

I know you need unlimited messaging, and WI-FI of course.
I have read speculation threads, but nothing with a for sure answer, thanks.
 
I have AT&T prepaid on my iPhone 4 and Facetime works no problem. I don't think you need unlimited SMS b/c I only have the 1000 text plan. I have data too, but don't think you need it.

My iPhone is jailbroken, 4.2.1, NOT unlocked, on prepaid GoPhone plan without data. I can tell you that facetime DOES work. No charges for SMS (i have no texting at all).

One more question, does facetime use your minutes?
 
Yes you can use prepay and yes you need data and if you ever cut the "FaceTime on cellular" off it will never come back on, this takes away from your data, I used 65$ plan now it's 60$ and I'm using it just fine, I have a micro sim non altered in a unhacked AT&T 4gs 16 gig-- do not tell AT&T u have an iPhone tell them it's a device from china and switch up the esn good luck to all
