iPod touch FaceTime on iPod Touch Camera switch locks up

Has anyone else experienced lock ups when you switch cameras on an iPod Touch in FaceTime?

It worked fine with an iPhone when FaceTime first came out for the Mac. This is only the second iDevice I have tried it with, but when we switch cameras it locks up the picture on the Mac and iPod.

Other than that It has worked fine.
