Facetime on unlocked iPhone question.

Ok I have a iPhone 4 and I just ended service with AT&T but I never activated facetime. So now my phone is jailbroken and unlocked because I'm in the army. I was wondering if I picked up a pre-paid AT&T sim card could I activate facetime and use it with that sim.

Wha? I didn't think at&t had anything to do with facetime, seeing as the ipod touches have facetime.

To turn facetime on, go into settings>phone>facetime (on or off)

It says waiting for activation. It needs to have a cellphone signal. I don't have it anymore because I'm not on AT&T anymore.
