FaceTime Opening upon ending phone call through Mac OS

im not sure if this has been discussed yet but I've noticed it happening twice today, I make or take an iPhone call from my Macbook, upon ending the call the FaceTime app on Mac OS opens up with the camera on, I don't believe this happened before the last software update.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
