Unfortunately I can't get it to work on my IP4 dunno if it's because I'm jailbroken or what.

i am jailbroken and i have this.. it works okay but i wish the UI was a little better. i tried it over wifi.. its more confusing than facetime.. which i still prefer to this

For some reason I create a profile then no contacts get added, then everytime I open the app it asks me to create a profile again

i see.. i am not to sure.. i just got this yesterday. i did read a couple reviews from the app store and i saw that some people were having major issues with it.

if you are planning on using video calling over 3g with iphone 4 users i would just download 3GU.. good luck.

also you can try uninstalling and re installing the app
