Facetime personal prefs?

In Big Sur Facetime, how do I add to the selections for "You can be reached for Facetime at:", and "Start new calls from:". I have one phone number and one e-mail listed for each, though in my contacts list, I have three phone numbers and two e-mail addresses assigned to me.

In https://support.apple.com/guide/facetime/choose-people-call-facetime-mac-fctm687d7564/5.0/mac/11.0 I am told to
  1. Go to the Apple ID account website, then sign in.
  2. In Account, click Edit, then click Add More.
But when I do that, I don't see "Account" or "Edit".
