Hi,

I've got an iPhone 4, my parents have an iPad Air. I'm trying to set up an easy way for video calls. My parents are quite old, so it needs to be fool-proof.

iPhone 4 (iOS 7.1.2) to iPad Air (iOS 9):
When I make a voice-only call via Facetime, it's as straight-forward as a phone call. Great.
However, when I make a video call, I get the message "Mom & Dad is not available for Facetime". (Even if the Facetime app is open/active on the iPad).

iPad to iPhone:
Both voice calls and video calls work fine. No problems whatsoever.

Another thing:
On my iPhone, I have a "Facetime Favourites" tab. On the iPad I can only see the recent calls, no Favourites tab.

Is there something in the preferences I need to change?
Anyone else experiencing the same problems?

Thanks a lot!
