So I just got my iPOD Touch today and getting it all setup.

I try to set up FaceTime and create an account which is my email address. So I can use my email address and password that I used to create the account and sign in no problem. Once I sign in, it says that people will call me using my email address, which email address do I want to use. I choose my real email address which is also the same as my long on email. It then pops up and says "FaceTime Activation Unable to verify email because it is already in use?"

I am a bit confused right now. How do I fix this so I can allow people to contact me by my true email address?

Thank you,
Whiteice
