FaceTime to learn a new language?

There was a site where skype users would post their username and languages they were fluent in and trying to learn/improve on and others would contact them based on their linguistic needs.

Is there something like this for FaceTime? I'm trying to become more fluent in Spanish, French, and Chinese.
