Facetime Wired headphone problem

i have clean installed iOS 17 on my ipad and iphone, facing strange problem, whenever i connect wired headphones with any of my device having ios 17, sound and video breaks a lot, anyone else please share your experience

not that exactly, but I have noticed on an iPhone 15 Pro, that I can't use my wired headphones and mic through USB (Qudelix 5k DAC) for calls. It works fine for playing music and voice memo (mic), but when making calls it's absent as a choice.

annoying since it works fine on my Android phone.
