I just bought my wife an iPhone 4. She had a new iPod Touch 3rd gen I think it is, whichever one has the Retina Display and FaceTime. We backed that up for her paid apps, then did a restore to her new iPhone 4. Now whenever I go to Settings > Phone > FaceTime its always toggled off. I try to turn it on but it never stays on. I've tried doing a complete settings reset (not a full data reset though) and it still doesn't stay on. I did jailbreak it through Limera1n but that was after. It still doesn't work even after jailbreaking. Is there some setting stored from her iPod Touch that's causing it to not work?

Any help would be great. Thanks.

Which version of LimeRa1n did you use? Is your iPhone unlocked? Or just jailbroken?
