Facetime

I'm a tad confused, I thought Facetime was like, included with iPhone and free.

But I've been reading things about sim only contracts, and people saying, 'has it got facetime' and I'm like, isn't that included?

Can someone explain for me?

(I plan on going to a three sim only contract, £6.90 a month, 500MB dada, 200 texts and 5000 texts)

To use it over 3G it will use a lot of data.

3 do support FaceTime over 3G, but only if you have unlimited data.

You will be able to use it over WiFi though

Still not sure how AT&T can block it. I mean if I try to FaceTime over 4G am I gonna see an error message? How can they tell the difference between if I'm skyping vs FaceTime?
