There is a program for Windows called "Crazy Talk." It allows you to use their template or import a photo of your own. The next part they call face puppet. You can type text in or record your own voice and the program analyzes what facial movements would be necessary and animates your photos. Is there something like this for mac? I have a G4 powerbook or I'd be using this program on my intel mac (I am saving for one).
