Was I suppose to get one in my 2011 iMac? I did not but see were some do while surfing Youtube tonight..

No, it probably came pre-installed with Lion (10.7.x) or Mountain Lion (10.8.x). However there is a Recovery Partition you can access by restarting, when you hear the start up tone hold down the Command + R keys and choose the Recovery Partition. Thanks, I was just reading that they don't come w/ a disc anymore since Lion. I have ML (10.8.2) installed. I hope to never need it but wanted to make sure!
