factory unlocked or not?????

hi guys, m in asia

i got i4, and updated it to 4.2.1 and jb'd (t), but when i put the Sim card it shows only one Bar of antenna. so;

do i have to install any source or app to make it usable???

or is it locked and have to wait for the unlock???

since i have updated to 4.2.1 bb is 03.10.01 which is unable to unlock right now.

but when i put the Sim it detects the Sim and one bar is visible in Antennae
so actually i wanted to know if its factory unlocked or not.

Or is there any other way to identify the factory unlocked Phone????

To be certain that your phone is not sim-locked, you have to try 2 sim cards from different telephone providers.
In your case, your sim card has not been rejected by the phone but you have a bad reception.
