faded lcd screen on 3gs

hi, i just got my new 3gs and i noticed that the colors are dull compared to my old 3g. i just also noticed that wen i use it then turn off the screen then back on it seems to almost fix the colors a bit but it dulls back up after a while. Basically it fluctuates. when there is black color on screen is looks grayish almost. can i return this to apple store where i bought it with out problem? thanks and the apple store i bought it from still has plenty in stock.

Yes, you definitely can. The 3GS has many issues regarding the screen, the most common of which are yellow tinted screens.

ok kool. but do i have to make a line again or can i just walk right in and ask for an exchange?? i also have noticed under low brightness it looks better but under brighter light its looks washed.
