Help please! We have a wonderful MacBook Pro about 5 years old that all of a sudden will not boot up normally. When you try to start it the display gets to a Mac Apple display and a progress bar underneath that never populates. I have tried to start it in Safe Mode to only get a message that there is no driver found for this disc with no disc listed. I am then instructed to reboot my computer that will keep occurring over and over again. I have been able to access disc utility but I now realize there is no current back up available for some reason. Also here I realized that from here I could boot from my original CD that I don't have anymore. Nothing is going right here and I have no way to boot this thing up that I can see. Does anyone have any suggestions? If I am correct with being able to boot from a CD at disc utility where can I get a disc? Any help would be appreciated.
