Just FYI. If you spend all your time downloading and don't plug in, it wont install the update if your battery is less than 50%.

Wonder if I will have to redownload once I get my charger.
 
Yeah im sure i've read that on the list of things that you have to do before attempting an iOS update via OTA.
 
If the download had not sucked 30% of my battery I would have been ok. Oh well.
 
You just have to plug the phone in and it will complete the install. I had the same problem. Plugged it into a USB port and it finished the update. You do NOT have to redownload.
 
I plugged it in and the install was taking so long I had to unplug and leave. Luckily it finished even after I unplugged it. Wonder what would have happened if I had let the battery die in the middle of the instal. Probably very very bad things I assume.
