Failed Hard Drive Recovery

i just replaced a failed HD in my macbook and am trying to recover the data on the failed HD.

Best Buy told me to buy this rocketfish external shell, but my macbook didnt recognize the HD

File Salvage 7 also didnt recognize it

I also tried freezing it for 4 Hours, but still no recognition. Is there any hope for recovering my data?
