Yo guys, hope all is well. I have a 500gb, which just failed. Im getting one from Hitachi, but I decided to switch to SSD. Since SSD HD aren't cheap right, Im trying to find one under $300 (OCZ Vertex 2 - looks good) which will still run essentials ( Adobe Master Collection, OS X & its OEM programs and 30Gb of music) Everything else is going to be saved on a external. Anyone know rough amont of space these essentials would take up? Im hoping 160 is enough.
