hello, so I’m having a bad time after a failed instal of high Sierra from Sierra on a Mac book pro (late 2015). Currently getting this error code when trying to download installer off USB about 75% in: the operation couldn’t be completed (com.apple.installersetup.linkfiledownload error 3).
I check in Disk Utility and it no longer shows the internal SSD
Restart brings it back.

Internet recovery hasn’t been any luck

What has been tried:
Resetting PRAM
Multiple internet recoveries that error out
Swapped out SSD
Usb bootable installer with high Sierra
Reformatting SSD to APFS/HFS+

Now I would like to note that with the new SSD in, booting up on the usb installer the instal goes all the way through but resets after back to the main utility page. I look at disk utility and I can see the SSD has copied 5 GB of data on it.

I have taking it to Apple, the first guy told me it was the SSD, tried that no go.

Open to any suggestions

Thanks
