My logic board failed in my MacBook...instead of replacing it I want to sell the rest of the parts..where can I do that? And I want to clear the hard drive but how do I do that if my Mac won't turn on?

Thanks!

- Part it out and sell on ebay/craigslist.
- Remove the HDD, install it into an enclosure and wipe it from another mac. Or, install it in another mac and wipe it with an OS DVD (Leopard/Snow Leopard etc).

take out the hdd and put it in an enclosure and hook it up elsewhere to wipe it.

i guess maybe put your fried logic board mbp on ebay, there may (doubtful) be a market for that. i know there is a market for liquid damaged mbps, you'll have to go real low on the price though.
