iOS Failed to launch simulated application: Unknown error.

Any ideas, I started getting this for Debug Simulator but Release works. I'm sure I changed some setting but it's a pain that I can't use Debug. It's only on this App and seems to be only for Debug/Simulator.

I've had this problem and fixed it by

-Cleaning and Rebuilding code
-restarting Simulator/xCode/Mac
