Failed to open MI

i just jailbroke my ipad and through cydia installed installous...everything i try to download says falied to open MI.

Now have i done something wrong or is this a usual thing...or based on a recent cydia update.

Considering what you are trying to do is pirating and illegal I don't ink you will get help here! Check the website for hackulos.

Make sure you installed the latest version which is 3.1.9-2.
