Hello, my gf has just informed me that she followed an email link onto a fake Adobe site. She then entered her gmail address, gmail password and downloaded their software on her mac! Before letting me know, she then log into online banking on the same mac. What is the best course of action for her?

  • Delete the downloaded file.
  • Change all her online passwords, including Gmail and banking or financial sites.
  • Run ClamXAV to see if she installed any malware on her Mac.
