I was wondering is there's an easy way to spot a fake forward e-mail?

Here's my situation: at school we have class email accounts, we all have access to those email accounts and usually teachers send us assignments and other stuff to those email accounts. But more than once we had someone sent us a forward of an email sent by a teacher, that turned out to be a fake. So is there an easy way to know if a forward email is a fake, so we can avoid these situations?

Can't you tell by the email address? If so, just have a list of teachers' email addresses and only open assignments sent directly from those email addresses.

Don't open forwarded email, even if someone says it was sent to them by the teacher.
