fake incase slider?

i saw on ebay lots of incase slider for 15$ shipped,

I'd vote for fake, usually for legit items sellers include pics of the box. especially if you take the pic yourself, since we can see him in the reflection of the case. Beyond that it looks a little strange, but that might be just me.

Also looks like there is a scratch next to where his reflection appears, so maybe it's used, and not new?
