Fake Smart Cover?

Hey guys!!
I just got a black leather smart cover
It works well...

However, there is something strange...
There is a "(PRODUCT)" mark on the microfiber side of the smart cover
This mark only appears on red leather smart cover, doesn't it?

So, is it a fake one?
Anyone got the same mark on your black smart cover?

Where did you order or get it from? If you got it from an authorized reseller, I would think it's more likely to be a mistake than a fake.

That's pretty weird. I don't think anybody who makes a fake one would take the time to stamp the "PRODUCT" on there. Do you have pictures?

I was thinking the same thing. why would they bother with an extra step. Its most likely a mistake at the factory.

I think the OP's point was that he has a BLACK smart cover with the (PRODUCT) stamped in it and not a red one. Which is why he wants to make sure it's legit
