I just want to ask if there's any difference or effect to my ipad the fake USB cable, but the wall charger is Original. My original USB Cable is already broken.

I have used both the Monoprice wall charger (albeit a bit expensive, and only for the iPhone at work) and Monoprice regular 30-pin-to-USB cables (like the one you intend to use unless we're talking lighting connector and don't know if there are third party available as of now).
Both have worked just fine no problem no hassle.
But you need to be careful, check reviews etc... some real cheap knock-offs may end up damaging your unit (no proper isolation, cheap materials/components and whatever else -not an electronics engineer so I wouldn't know for sure).
