FakeCarrier still installed after restore?

So, I was bored and decided to jailbreak my iPhone 3GS. But, I decided I didn't like it, so I restored. After restore, FakeCarrier is still installed on my iPhone, and instead of AT&T it says "Kamerons iPhone"...


I want to take it off so it's all normal.
Help?

You have to set your iPhone up as a new iPhone. Don't restore from a backup.
