Fall 2006 White MacBook Battery

I've started to notice my MacBook's battery doesn't fit flush to the case anymore on the bottom. Doesn't bother me too much, but my warranty is ending soon and want to get it fixed if possible. Is there a rule of thumb that Apple follows to replace the battery?
