Fall Detection disappeared

It used to be in the Emergency & SOS section but now I'm unable to find Fall Detection on the Series 4.

Any clue?

On my S4 it’s available in Settings->SOS->Fall Detection

I don't see it neither on the iOS app or the Watch itself. I've had this happen before. Sometimes it shows up fine other times it doesn't.

I am glad I spotted this thread, just checked on my watch and the setting is there but it was disabled. I don’t remember turning the feature off.

maybe too many false alarms to 911 triggered 911 to contact apple to disable it silently on many users.
