Fall Detection

I'm in the UK and have an Apple watch 4. I toggled the switch to on for the fall detection As I'm a disabled person and prone to falling sometimes but no 'Confirm' was shown to confirm that id turned it on, so now I'm really unsure as to whether its activated or not because I saw youtube video and it showed it as confirmed when he toggle his switch to on Any Ideas
 
Toggle off, restart phone and Watch, toggle back on, if no confirmation box this time either, assume that it may be a regional difference whether it asks for confirmation or not based on local legislation or something
