I wear my Apple Watch (model 4,2) all night, in sleep mode. This morning I had a noise notification of an average of 94 dB for three minutes at 1:59 AM! Well I sure didn’t wake up and hear anything and my Ring and Wyze cameras didn’t detect anything. As far as I can tell the house is still standing so is it possible to get a false alarm? I couldn’t find any other reports.

You probably moved your arm and the sound of your blanket moving closely over the mics was probably just very amplified, like when you have a call and the other side scrubs something against the mic. Nothing to worry about.

Can’t be either of those two suggestions. 94 dB is equivalent to a motorcycle up close…

Moving my finder along the cutout for the mic in my hard rubber case. With things up close mics freak out easily.
