Family authorisation problem

Hi

I'm having a weird issue with family authorisations. My daughter requests things from her iPhone and I get the notification to approve it, however my phone asks for my password over and over even though it's already approved it and is installing on her phone.

Sometimes it will ask for the touch Id as well and other times the password.

Any ideas or is it just buggy at the moment.
