Family board games for new iPad?

I'm looking to get some family board games for the iPad as I'm having some nieces and nephews over that are in the 10-14 yr old range? Something fun and not to difficult.

Any games that you guys could recommend me? I have downloaded Family Feud and Life so far.

I love Life! I've also enjoyed Battleship and Monopoly. I think Monopoly is very well implemented on the iPad.

Carcossonne is by far the best multiplayer on 1 iPad game I have ever played, google it if you don't believe me.

Unique Board Game Chowka Bara Fall to Appstore

This may seems bit off topic but couldn't resist my self, i am a big fan of board games and always eager to look for new board games out there, i own iPad 2 and iPhone 4 and dig Appstore for new board games. However last week I came across a Fun filled unique board game Chowka Bara, I would like to know how it ends with you people.

I like Scrabble a lot. Bejeweled is pretty fun, an iPhone app.
