"Family Pack"

I had a question regarding the 5 user family pack. By family pack does it have ot be family? We have two macs in my house, and we will defiantly be upgrading to leo, but could I legally also install it on a neighbors mac? Than we could split the cost three ways. It would be under the 5 user licenses though the neighbor is not family.

You'll be fine sharing with another family.

Apple doesn't care which 5 machines it's installed on.

No, that would be a violation of the license terms, assuming Apple doesn't change them for Leopard.

All computers must be located in the same household and used by members of the household (not necessarily "family" though). Students away at college are also permitted to have an installation of their household's family pack as long as they are still primary residents of the household.
