Hello, before i start, i am sorry if this has been answered already. i tried looking but i did not get a definite answer. i am in a family plan with 4 lines. my line is the only line with an iPhone. i purchased the 3G on launch day last year. i obviously signed the two year contract but ATT&T is showing that i can purchase the new 3GS with the 199/299 pricing. is this an error, or is this something that others are also seeing? this is what it shows...

No, it's giving you the "no commitment" price upgrade.

when i choose the upgrade the phone it shows that the 16 gb is 199 and the 32 gb is 299. i even went as far as the checkout page and it all seemed fine.. i hope this is not a typo as i might be interested in this phone with this price haha..

well i think it might not be a typo... i looked up another line's # on apple.com and saw that it offered the 399/499 price. maybe since i have been a customer for a long time they are offering me the upgrade at the 199/299 price.. anyone else see this?

If the site is saying that you can upgrade at the fully subsidized price, then you can.
