I'm on a family plan with unlimited texts. I already know instead of $9.99 I'll be paying $29.99 a month for my iPhone line. And I already know that I have to pay $30/mo for the data. But since my family plan already has the "unlimited text messaging for family" thing, does that include the iPhone too? Or will I have to get a separate unlimited texting plan just for my iPhone. I'm confused as hell about this...

Okay good, thanks! I could've sworn I read somewhere that I couldn't use my family plan's text messaging package. Not sure where that was, but I distinctly remember reading that.

Hmm.. i don't believe so. I think that only applies if you go for the $5 or $10 option, but i could be wrong.

It says $30 for family here.

Ahh okay, I see. For some reason I thought the unlimited family text was only $20, but I looked at the plans and it's already $30. My mistake!
