Anyone else having this problem? I have myself as the organizer, wife as parent, and three child accounts. Every time I test buy an app on the kids, ask to buy goes to my wife but not me. I have logged in and out of iCloud, tried turning off wife's parent privilege to no avail. Any ideas?
