Here is my story.

5 phones on out account.

3 Iphone
2 dumb phones.

Right now eligible for full upgrade is 1 iPhone & 1 Dumbphone.

Which is perfect because we want 2 iphone 5's.

But at the end of the day we still want 3 Iphone and 2 dumb phones.

*Is this possible??
*If so how exactly?
*If it is possible is the new micro-sim going to be an issue?
*Since we cant just sim swap ourselves because of size difference? (Iphones are Iphone 4)

Yes it is possible.
You should be able to order an upgrade for the iPhone that you're already eligible for and then transfer the upgrade from one of the dumb phones to your iphone and do an upgrade for that as well to the iPhone 5.

Problem solved.
