Hi.....has anyone been able to test this and get it to work?
Not sure if this is just for children's apple id's (less than 13 years old)?
Added Family Sharing on my sons (who is 16 years old) phone but not able to get this app permission to work
Check the restrictions, it might be something you have to turn on.

Have you checked the family sharing settings in iCloud?
yes I have......it appears you have to setup the apple id as a child (less than 13 years old) for this feature to work......kinda bummed
