I don't quite know where to post this so I figured this might be an appropriate place... 
For months I used Family Sharing with no issue whatsoever so my daughter could buy her songs with my account, use my library as well, etc... For a reason that escapes me I turned it off at some point... Now I want it back, everything goes well until icloud invariably tells me that it can't verify my payment method and asks me to add a new one. This is the same credit card I've used for years, used it yesterday on iTunes and App Store, it works. So why does icloud keep telling me that it can't be verified? This is literally driving me nuts!
I've tried it on my mac (10.11.6) and iPhone (10.1.1), same results...
