Fan Control tool, can't find it, nor do any programs

Hello all,

I downloaded Macbook Pro Fan Control (http://www.derman.com/MacBook-Pro-Fan-Control), on my brand new Macbook Pro (it's my first). But after the install, I cannot seem to find the interface anywhere, I searched my whole drive for "fan" but I cannot find it anywhere. I hear the program is worked, the fan started rotating faster and the Macbook did cool down. But I don't like the idea of not being able to use the interface nor being able to uninstall it. (Cleanapp doesn't detect it either)

What should I do? It's my first Mac system so I'm still a bit new to it all.

Try iStat, keeps track of almost everything.

Personally I use smcFanControl It works great.

look in system prefs, at the bottom, under "other"
