Fan is always running while using Vista via Bootcamp

Hi All--

Anybody have any ideas as to why the fan is always running on my MB Pro whenever I'm using Vista via Bootcamp? The laptop gets super hot and stays that way for the duration of the time I'm using Windows---which is pretty much from 8am to 6pm while I'm at work. I'm afraid that at somepoint something is going to melt on the inside it get's so hot.
