Fan noise

Hi everyone, just picked up the higher end base model today, was wondering if any of you all noticed that the fan got pretty loud and high pitched during setup and under load. I really can't tell if it's coil whine or the fan, but it doesn't stutter the way I'm used to whine stuttering, it's just a constant very high pitched and unpleasant sound when the fan is spun up.

Am I crazy, or have any of you noticed something similar? Thanks!

I don't have the new Air but own a 13" MBP and have owned other MBPs in the past, and every one of them ramps up the fans when first setup due to all the indexing and everything that goes on with a new setup. Just leave it be and should calm down in less that an hour or so.
