I have had my CPU temp at 200-210 F for a long period of time. Multiple times. Yet I cannot hear the fans at all. Usually when they are working this hard and getting so hot, I can hear the fans quite easily. Is there a reason the fans aren't being loud and on full?
 
Yes, at almost 100 degrees Celsius the fans should definitely be coming on. Something could be wrong with them, do you have a fan control thing installed?
 
Nope. And I let them cool down while I was at work, but came back and have had them at 205-210 steadily since an hour ago. And the computer is silent. With about 80% CPU usage on 7 cores.
