Fan on macbook pro retina 13

So I just got a late 2013 macbook pro retina and whenever I skype, the CPU temp goes up to 80+ degrees celsius. Is this normal? I can't hear any fans going on or anything. And according to iStats, I only have a right side fan. Is this correct? It doesn't seem to be increasing in RPM as the temps increase. It's sitting at a constant ~1290
